got this kershaw skyline from CK here at AAPK..........
had a plastic back bone/ spacer..........
made my own out of aluminum scrap i had i garage........
1- orig LOOK
2- plastic spacer out
3-found scrap same thickness,marked out,and holes drilled
4-clamped and roughed out shape with saw/files/dremel
5-almost there....on and off knife like 20 times
BUT CLOSE!
(CERTAIN ANGLES LOOK LIKE A GAP,BUT PRETTY TIGHT) 
...she felt and said.... NICE AN SMOOTH!
