Rick, slip over to the General Knife Discussion Forum and check out the 2013 Blade Show thread.
Several of us try to meet there for the show every other year or so, although some lucky ducks go every year.
We block out a group of rooms, usually at the local La Quinta, for a reduced price, go to Atlanta on Friday, do the Blade Show Saturday and have dinner out together on Saturday evening and talk knives.
Some start home after dinner, some stay through Sunday.
You'll see a wide variety of knives from antique, vintage, recent manufacture and custom hand-mades by some of the best makers there are.
I know it might be a haul or long flight from wherever you might live, but give it some thought.

That happens to be the view from my 20 acre hilltop in the foothills of the Rockies. About a mile east the Continental Divide, outside of Butte, Montana. I lived in Sanders County for a couple years in the Bull River valley. I got married there next to the river in 1979.
My mail went out of Noxon.
