I traded a pocket knife for this Kinfolks Hatchet/Knife combo today from a Guy who had it posted on Craigslist.

Last weekend was the 38th annual Oregon Knife Collectors Association show.
I came home with a lot of knives.

There are 5 folders I picked up at the show:

The top two are from CRKT.
The third one is a Beretta. I like this one & may end up keeping it.
The forth one is the first version of the Kershaw Black Horse, made in Japan. It was discontinued and replaced by the Black Horse II. I still have the one I bought in the 1980s and used for 20 years. The only thing wrong with it is the handle is starting to get tatty. Awesome knife!
The last one is a Schrade 227UH Folding Hunter.

There were a bunch of other misc knives I got as well. I just have not had time for the pics yet.

This week found quite an array of assorted brands
in a small store in Jefferson Ga.
Met owner (Jack) and partner at a gun show in Norcross few weeks ago.
Dropped by the store to pick up a magazine he had that E1 online is out of.
Side room has display cases full of knives, some from their personal collections
and some appear to be new old stock. Despite my CRS syndrome I can share
a few that stuck to my brain's remaining velcro.
1.Case buffalo/bulldog clasp in Case wooden box was marked $125
2. 4-5 Eisenhower set in display box I haven't seen before. Looked similar to
the 1992 Barlow and Peanut sets.
3. Several 87-89 raised letter shield patterns-6165, 6265, 6220, 6254 & more.
4. Kodiak and slab side fixed blades,
5. 2-3 Queen NIB fixed blades
6. Marbles USA fixed blades (said he had some 2001-04 Marbles stag folders too)
7. Red&white Swilling box under a fixed blade with gold etch on blade I assumed was an LE Henckles.
8. Said he had some older Pumas but didn't bother to find out more since dog waiting in the car.
Also saw some other nos magazines, holsters, some ammo sitting around so might be worth a call
or email if you're looking for anything not brand new production, 10-30 years old.

What year is that 110? It looks like it was used as a hammer, but I bet it could be cleaned up pretty nice.

That little Western is is sweet! I believe they call that Wharncliffe style pen blade a "lancet."
It is a very useful blade and an overall nice pattern.

According to the 110 from Joe Houser & the pins on the knife, it is a 6th Version, Variation 2.
It was shortly before they changed the blade steel from 440C to 425 Modified.
I have heard some folks express the opinion that those were some of the best blades (440C) that Buck made in the 110.
Personally I have not had a Buck 110 that I thought had bad steel.
They are all good IMO!
