A couple for Easter Seals

Post by glennbad »

Last year our company did a spaghetti supper fund raiser for Easter Seals. For that event I donated a knife, and Eric over at Canal Street Cutlery was gracious enough to also donate an awesome knife for the cause.

This year we are doing the same thing. However, I will be customizing 2 knives myself to be raffled off. Here is the first one. I got it some time back in trade for a mod I did.

The bone is dark brown American Standard...

The other one was a Bulldog I got in trade from Ken sometime back. I had concerns that it was starting to outgas, so I thought it would make a good mod candidate...

I ended up using some smooth Amber bone...does anyone know what the steels are in these 2 knives?

Thanks! Our event is this Friday night. I am nervous to see how my work will be received. All my coworkers and our customers will be at this event. A lot of them know I am a "knife freak", I just don't know how these will do compared to factory work.

We'll see... ::pray::
