DEEP RED STAG CASE XX 5260 Tip Bolster
Now here is a Sunday Dress knife!!!
RED STAG CASE XX 5260 Equal End "Gentlemen's Knife".
Not only does this knife have the prettiest Red Stag I have personally ever seen, it is the most pristine condition CASE XX I have handled. Very Near to factory mint with only minor open/close scuffs on the blade.
Knife HAS NOT BEEN professionally cleaned. Super clean inside as well. I stand behind this grading fully.
3-7/16" closed. Unused, not sharpened or carried. Nickel Silver liners and pins. Classy tip bolsters.
The 5260 dates back to the pre TESTED eras but based on the price lists I have, in the XX era, this knife was only made from 1940' to 1950'.
Even if you are not interested in buying it, it is a nice example to see, in my opinion. Certainly won't be heartbroken if I don't sell it as it is a beauty and not strapped for cash.
Price is $400 plus shipping, FIRM. Thanks and Regards, Jerry

WOW Jerry, I don't have the money to be a player for that one, but that is a stunningly beautiful knife! Thanks for posting it for others to see...

Re: DEEP RED STAG CASE XX 5260 Tip Bolster
Thanks Gents!
Some real sick color dark Red Stag on this knife with some beautiful white accents around the edges. I personally have never seen a red stag knife so pretty, in my opinion, and not just saying that because I own it. The pics do the talking. I have seen other knives advertised as red stag that were iffy between regular stag or red in my personal opinion, no question on this knife's stag color. I also forgot to mention that the knife has the expected XX blade action and audible crack/snap on open/close. Very stout snap/crack for a pen knife but as expected for any CASE XX era knife. Absolutely no balde wobble either.
Thanks for the compliment Gents! Regards, Jerry
