(non knife related) 99 year old neighbor

This is my 99 year old neighbor who served in the armed forcers in ww2 he received 2 purple hearts.I would like to thank all the men and woman who have and still are serving the best country in the world. Happy and safe Memorial Day. Thank you all Greg (0078)

Those old fellas are disappearing like fried chicken at a buffet table. Good to see one that's still around.

I remember hearing my great uncles talk about the war (WWII) when I was a kid. Unspeakable what some of them went through. I was blessed to hear those stories.

Bless that man. He and others like him are a national treasure that we lose more of everyday. I hope someone has taken the time to write down his stories and experience. His sacrifices would serve today's young people well ::nod::
