JET Peanut

I picked up this little critter on eBay. I was pretty impressed when it arrived. I'd never bought a JAPAN made knife, and do not know much about it. But it's a 2 7/8" serpentine jack, a peanut with match striker nail nick, and nice handles. Both blades half stop. It's a sharpie too. Anyone know much about it? I have no info on the company, or when it might be made. Any comments or info appreciated.

Very cool knife! I would love to have it. I owned a Jet lock blade made in Japan and it was a very well made cool knife. I just bought a Gerber silver knight made in Japan today. I personally like Japanese made knives, I think most are very well built and made with good steel. ;)

It looks to be after the cheap post-war knives of the 50s & 60s.

I've bid on a couple different Jet's but never owned one--lotta nice knives are built in the orient-------
