This happened in Beaverton Oregon this week. Beaverton is the high-tech liberal bedroom community of the Peoples Republik of Portlandia, where the motto is "Keep Portland Weird."

Maybe he just wanted the FREE medical, Dental, and vision that we as taxpayers have to pay for. Those that don't care for their personal freedom take advantage of these freebies. I get pissed of when I think of California's system where each prisoner costs 10x as each student costs - and they're closing schools!
