Cell Phone Bill

Hello to my knife friends. I have had a small problem with my
wife cell phone bill. She is getting charges on data that she knows
she has not accessed. We contacted the company with this, they
say the serial number of her phone showed it was used. She knows where
she was at the time and what she was doing. What is going on?
We blocked data from her phone for now.

No we don't and no Grandkids in the house for weeks.
Also my wife is the only one that uses this phone. tj

maybe it's an app she downloaded that's updating on a regular basis?

wifes friend had similar prob...she downloaded the daily newspaper once......which put her in a AUTO SUBSCRIPTION.....it billed her daily...lolololol....till she figured it out.
