Thats some beautiful Stag! Thanks for the sheath photo too, I like seeing different sheath options. Can you share how much it weighs?

Beautiful knife! Could you please tell me how many grams your sheath weighs, and whether it is the small or large one?

And yes, my EDC is a GEC, or two

Not sure of the weight Jon, it isn't very heavy. Pretty nice after you work it in a bit with some leather conditioner. ::hmm:: you can find it here, it's the standard size, not the large. The large is more suitable for something like a #36, or perhaps a #45. I use the large for my #36 in bloodwood.

well, Im still waiting to find out
fwiw, the pocket slip I made myself weights 3 grams, the one GEC makes weighs 15 grams. I would bet yours weighs more than that, but I prefer facts to guesses.

some more pocket slip info here:

Thank's guy's, for some chore's the 65 is hard to beat. Jon I don't know the weight of the sheath but I'd guess the combo is around 3.5 to 4 oz.

Bass your dead on, I had it re-handled in amber bone stag.

Nice, Derrick. The 62 is easily my favorite GEC pattern - possibly my favorite pattern period.

Very nice GEC EDC's being posted......nice line-up JB ::ds::

Grabbed a second #46 in Bear Clawed Jig Bone to try as an EDC. May make one slight mod to it and order a sheath, then I intend to find out how useful the pattern really is.....will be sure to post results in a thread or two.

It is, I have two Stag #66 Jacks, one rough, one smooth. I had plans of carrying one of them, but can't get past the Ebony.... ::dang::

The #66 is close to perfect.
