My Mom was golfing in NH this weekend she hit a flea MKT and gut a Kabar fob and a Imperial fixed blade for two bucks.

Hit a flea today gut a Camco Barlow and a WWII comemerative.the Camco was tipped and rusted so I worked her up and forced a pantina on the blades.

I picked this up the other day for $12. Paid a little more than I usually would, but other than some pitting on the blades, it's pretty solid. Everything snaps great, and the main blade is full, unlike most Imperials of that time period that I see. The cell looks stable. I'm going to carry it for awhile...

I can't say enough how I love the blade steel on those imperials. Nice knife. I found this one at a yard sale yesterday, its a vom cleff & co germany. Levines list it from 1880's to c1930. Its 2 1/2 inches long, the blades all snap well and no cracks in the handles, just a small chip wherethe handle meets the liner. I was well pleased to stumble on it. Made my day.

Those old Imperials have outstanding steel! ::tu::
I have a couple I carry now & then and you are right, the celluloid seems to be much more stable.

I picked up an Imperial utensil set today with boyscout emblems on all implements,I didn't have one when I was in scouts.

going thru a box today and forgot i had these, they glow in the dark on their own but i had to put them by black light bug zapper to enhance glow for pictures. sorry for blur, couldn't find tripod
