Sodbuster pin question...

Post by wildcat »

On the sodbuster, it appears to have a huge blade pivot pin. Is this the case or is a special rivet or cover?

Does anyone have a pic of the sodbuster disassembled?

Thanks

The large rivit on the sodbuster isn't actually a rivit. There is a standard pin the large head is actually a washer that the pin is peened out in, it prevents the pin from pulling through the handle like it would if it didn't have anything holding it on the outside of the handle, a type of miniature bolster if you will.
