Another 175

Post by terdl76 »

I got another Schrade 175 for a great price and couldn't leave it alone. More burlap/resin and added a red spacer. Not a big fan of it next to the bolsters but I gave it a wirl. Although I can't think of one good reason to have a knife that glows in the dark, being that it spends most of the time in a pocket, I couldn't resist.

Pretty easy really. Cut burlap into strips, mix fiberglass resin with glow powder, add resin to burlap(layer by layer) and then clamp it between two boards. I got the powder off eBay for like $5.
