Greetings and Salutations
Hello AAPK forum,
My name is Dave. I am originally from WV, but have resided in NM for just over a year. I am forty one years old and I am new to pocket knife collecting. Since I was a child I have been collecting knives, mostly hunting and larger fixed blade knives, trading with friends and picking up pieces that interested me from time to time. I recently got my 10 year old son into the hobby and we are keeping it modest (money wise), sticking mostly with kissing crane from budk.
I gave him a scrade 770T old timer, improved muskrat that I have had since I was about 10, and an Imperial lockback made in Ireland that I picked up at sears back in the early 1990's. I have always appreciated a good knife and I think he will too. I glad that I found this forum because there is a lot of knowledge here. I have been poking around here for a couple of days and really like what I see.

Don't pay any attention to that "het" nonsense. Those Chat Room dudes are tetched in the head.
