A Couple of Gems from 2013
As 2013 comes to a close, i would like to reflect on a few really nice knives that came my way in 2013.
1) I have just started collection some Queen's, and have acquired a great affinity for the Drop Point, Tear Drop. This one is the 06L, with African Zebra stripes. Those stripes are just so amazing.
2) The 2ot is my super gem for the year(and most expensive). It is an exceptionally good example, contained in the original Cedar box(no papers unfortunately).
3) This is one i didn't think i would have, in my wildest dreams, the SDH01-D'Holder...many thanks Ken. It is displayed very attractively with the Schrade L & W #1. What a great pair they make...thank you Larry(the Aussie boys came through for me...much appreciated).
We are about the first to welcome in the New Year, so best wishes to all the contributors on AAPK, for 2014.
Cheers,
Tony.

Schradenut: I too appreciate the teardrop. For a using knife I think I would prefer a slippie version. Still getting used to the liner lock. Certainly good looking knives.
