Spyderco Walker Frame Lock Conversion in G11 and Titanium

Post by STR »

This one went from a so so inexpensive fiberglass reinforced nylon liner lock to a fine custom level heavy duty little frame lock in a very good way.

Its so nice I may have to track one down now for myself.

Knife went from an original 1.6 ounces to 2.1 ounces, is 5/16 thick compared to almost an inch thick before, sports a .107 thick titanium lock and a G11 non lock side.

I increased the length as per the request of the customer making it go from the original OAL of 6" to 6.5" now, with a 4" closed length vs the original 3.5"

Blade length is unchanged at 2.5" making for a very nice top shelf 50 state legal carry folder. As ordered no pocket clip will be added to this one.

See more on my forum but I wanted to post it here also since I've been absent a while.

Please note. The picture of the folder open was taken obviously before I realized I forgot to drill out the lanyard hole. I fixed it up promply once I realized my ooops though.

Thanks for looking
