Geo. Schrade "Presto"

Inherited fathers knife collection and I'm trying to value them as to divide things with my brother.
I found most of the knives except this one. Looking for some help.

3-3/8" long
Blade is 2-9/16th long from grip front or
2-7/8th from lock position
Single Blade
Brass Lined
Celluloid Handle

I found a 2 blade No. 7404C which looks like this knife.

Found No. 14043/4 AC single blade in 1934 catalog.
But unable to find any reference to a "Presto"

Any help would be Greatly appreciated!

looks like model 610s the s is for stag i think ?? i`ve been looking for one for a while knice knife 1940s ish

I don't collect switchblades, but Rich has collected them for 50+ years.
Your knife appears similar to one on page 110 of his book, though yours has bone handles.

I recently came across a model #600 presto knife 2 blade,on one blade it reads G.Schrade arched in a small stamp,b port,ct,the other says Presto,made in usa.there is no pat. #s on either ,as far as i seen on other early knifes of geo schrade they all have pat. #s is this a early knife for schrade,why is there no pat #s on knife,if someone knows about this knife please respond,i just got in this group,sounds great ,thanks has been used blades are close to full,open and lock action is great,sits well,onxy handles are nice one small crack,and tight knife,

That is a beautiful speciman!

I was fortunate to come across a double blade like that last year and I just had to have it. I don't have any information that can help you, other than I would value that knife at $200 +/- depending on the buyer.

Is that your knife pictured?
Of course the price all depends upon condition and that one pictured looks to be In Excellent condition! Are there any cracks in the covers around the pins?

Here's your knife from Mark Ericksons Book "Antique American Switchblades". A Mint Value of $450.00 is high in todays market (my non professional opinion)

my next question is my G. Schrade Presto 2 blade push button knife,has the small G Schrade stamp with the arch are they more uncommon on these knifes?i seen others like this but they all had the large stamping,what year was this knife made,the pic that was posted is a single blade,is the double blade more valueable thanks
