Customized Schrade 93OT

Post by orvet »

I reworked a 93OT for a customer a while back.
The blade was sharpened way down, as you can see compared to the 897UH blade I replaced it with.
The 897UH & the 98OT were the only other knives (of recent vintage) that Schrade made on the 3-9/16" frame. So the blade fit without any adjustments.

I did some jimping on the backside of the liners and some file work on the backspring.
I threaded the bolsters and put some stag on the handles.

My customer was pleased.

Sorry for the poor quality pic & scans. I am going to have to invest in a better camera & build a light box.

I hope you enjoy the pics,
Dale

PS- Sorry, but for some reason they didn't post in the right order.
