I have just sent an email to another seller. He said he will sell to me.
However, Ebay is blocking all sales and bids to Australia.
The sellers in the US, using eBay's postal service are loseing sales - time and time again.

All sellers using
"eBay's New Global Shipping Program" for their International shipping, are losing money.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE BEING BLOCKED by this system.
