CASE Stag Swing Guard Filework

Post by zp4ja »

Filework and bolster grooves done by friend/member Wayne/ btrwtr.

The knife is my favorite and frequent EDC. This knife sees more pocket time then any EDC I have, although I always carry at least 2 knives. It was beautiful enough to begin with but after seeing the work Wayne has done, I asked him to do his thing and class it up a bit which he accepted. I usually prefer a bone stock CASE knife as EDC or to collect but I think this one will be an honored carry.
What an even more handsome knife it is now. Not over or under done, just right. Love both the file and bolster groove work. Great pics from Wayne. I imagine the she will be prettier in person when she arrives in a few days, if that is possible.

Thanks Mike and Mike!

My only concern is that I will wear it out pulling from the pocket and opening it to admire it constantly. It saw my pocket 2 or 3 days a week prior to that fine work. Probably will see more pocket time now.

I think a member here has a signature that says "Life is too short to carry an ugly knife" or something like that. She sure was not ugly to begin with, but man, look at her now.

Again, beautiful work Wayne!

Regards, Jerry
