I received this knife in the mail today.Its a Trustworthy Hardware Old Timer Knife.This knife would be a contract knife made by Ulster based on the 58OT. I have only seen pictures of a Old Timer Barlow with the Trustworthy stamp owned by one of the members of AAPK.
