I always enjoy doing up a buck 110 once in a while. I was sent this one with customer supplied sambar stag (very high quality stag) and a late 1970's era flatground frame that had a new 2007 hollow ground blade in it. This is the first buck 110 I've repinned the scales on. Usually I do not, but since I had to tear it totally apart to file the liners it was no trouble.
on the cutting edge is sometimes not the place to be.

I have a couple of those older Buck 110s. Is it possible to reduce the bolster thickness on that thing by about 30%? It would make the knife much lighter, less bulky, and more appealing I think.
