Why I don't work on Knives When I don't feel well

This is a knife I worked on just before I went into the hospital on the 3rd of June.
I was not feeling good & I should have went in the house and watched the Mariners loose another game, but instead I chose to keep working.

The overall result is not horrid, but I did manage to get a small crack at the rocker pin on the pile side.
It is a hairline crack & I have stabilized it with Zap-A-Gap but still it is not perfect (my goal).

I hope you enjoy the pics.
Hopefully some one will like it enough I can get my cost of materials out of it.

And now I noticed I haven't sharpened the knife yet nor have I put my etch on the knife yet.

I know how you feel Dale. For the last several weeks I had goofs on several knives because I had not felt well. ( Bradycardia) Low heart rate, and the trouble that go with it! Kinda messed me up for several weeks before we got a handle on it. No problems now.

I think it looks good! When my good work starts to look like your bad, I'll be happy! By the way, how much to want for it?

Thanks Randy, that is nice of you to say, especially seeing how quickly your knives have been getting very good.

I think I paid $25 or $30 for the knife and about $12 for the stag.
$45 will cover everything including shipping.

I think it be great if it kept this one company. I bought this one from you about 6 or 7 years ago when all I did was collect barlows.

I have always thought that you have to be in the right frame of mind to work in the shop, regardless of what your project is. If I am sick, I don't usually go down there in the first place, but if my mind is in a bad place, I usually don't last too long, as something usually goes wrong.

I feel your pain, especially when the damage comes at the very end of a project. You have so much time and effort put into it, that you hate to start over.

I think your knife looks great regardless. In fact, that crack is the only blemish on an otherwise outstanding build. It looks like a winner to me.
