model number? Its a nice little senator that I've had for a little while. One of the tang stamp charts says 1917 to 1946. Any info would be great.
I happened to be going to Albany, NY last week and went thru Ellenville on 209N. The factory looks like a deserted property. Maybe a few businesses in there. Timing was off. Got to Canal Street just in time to see them leaving.

Maybe a 2424?. If so, it's listed as being 3 1/8" long.

Thanks!
It measures at 3 inches on the nose. I would love to find more of this vintage.

Here is a cut from a repro of the old catalog which describes your knife. The company did not normally put pattern numbers on their knives until it was sold in late 1946. The new company was then stamped Schrade Walden, NY. A little later they started adding USA to the stamp.steve99f wrote:model number? Its a nice little senator that I've had for a little while.
