If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Down, but not Out

Post by Ringmaster »

Hello Knife Buddies,

I'm afraid I'm not gonna be visiting the forums much, in the near future. (Dadgumit)... My vision had been deteriorating, and I knew it, but without insurance it was hard to make myself go to the Doc. Neway, I did, and he found cataracts in both eyes, and told me to lay off the computer, until after they can be removed.

This little town doesn't have an eye surgeon, just one that comes thru weekly, and he's booked up until after the 1st of next year. So it'll be January, before we start the process. Until that time, all I'm gonna do is check my emails, briefly.

So, neway, I wanted to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas, this is such a great bunch of folks. You can rest assured I'll be back aboard, as soon as my eyes will allow it.

Gr8Scout, it makes me smile, that you're happy with the Camillus set ! If there's anything I can do to help anyone out, you can email me:
[email protected]

Happy Holidays, everyone ! Drive careful,

JR

Some times those cataracts take more time then planed.

The speed of recovery is not the same in all people.

I wish you well and you will see again I am sure of that.... 8)

Good thoughts for you knife friend. ::nod::
