The ship depicted is the Charles Morgan as the blade indicates. This was a 19th century whaler and is still with us today. Its home port is Mystic Connecticut. That much I am sure of. I was on it some years ago. I believe, but am not 100% certain, that this brand was owned by Parker who had knives like this made in Japan in the early 1980s. The scrimshaw work was done in the U.S.
As to value, much depends on the condition of the knife. The pictures suggest to me that it is in very good condition. Maybe better than that.
Is there any looseness or wobble to the blades; any small cracks in the handle; has it ever been carried or used or sharpened, any rust? All these things effect value. Having said that, there is to my limited knowledge, not much interest in the brand as a collectible. The scrimshaw makes it more interesting to those interested in scrim.
Assuming the knife is in excellent condition I would pay $45 to $50. Others might pay more or much less.

I think Garry pretty much nailed it down.
