The expiration dates for your sold items were set when everything was moved to the new platform from the old platform.

Re: Frequently Asked Questions
I see, I think....so does that mean the sold items go away out of store in 3 months by themselves ???

That is the way I had originally set things up. I've come to realize that many differing preferences exist on how this would work best, however. For that reason, I'm planning to make it seller specific so that you can choose how long sold items can be seen.
One thing I am hoping everyone takes into consideration is that the old items being view-able longer will help with search engine rankings.
I know you were one who preferred that your oldest sold items be removed. I did that for you a while back. You may have a few lingering sold items, but you can delete those from the seller's dashboard at any time. Let me know if you don't know how to do that.
Going forward, you can delete a sold item at your leisure at any time & I'll put you in the "3 months to delete automatically" category when I get that worked out. If you'd prefer something different, let me know.
Best,
Bryan

Re: Frequently Asked Questions
Bryan: I have two incoming PMs on hold from yesterday due to my inbox being filled. Emptied my inbox yesterday but they are still on hold.
If possible, can you let them thru? Thanks. QS

Re: Frequently Asked Questions
Garry, you can release them yourself. Just look around there at the top of the inbox and you should find it. I don't remember exactly what it says. I have my inbox set so the oldest PM drops off when a new PM comes in. Deleted them manually for a long time before I discovered that feature.
Edit: Found it. Here's how to release on hold PMs after you have deleted enough to make room for the new one(s).
If you want to automatically delete the oldest PM so you can always see the new PMs, do this.

Re: Frequently Asked Questions
It looks like your photos were taken with a Samsung Android phone. I believe you need to edit the photos on the phone before you upload them. You don't even need to change them. I think you can just open the photo, use the cropping tool (even if you don't change the size of the image) and then save the image. That should reorient the image.
