The 31 SAB does look like it got a poor sharpening job at the point from the factory and was rounded a bit but the knife is unused with the original finish. I got this knife from the collection of David Garlick the Blademaster on the website Blade Forums for many years. It is full length but I do believe the point was rounded at the factory.
