Need help identifying fixed blade

Anyone have any info on this type of knife?

It has horn handles and may be silver inlays.

Just my assessment is 1700's to 1800's but could be completely off.

This is pure speculation on my part but..........
When I first looked at the pictures the shield and pins(piquing) looked like something out of the 1840's to 1850's. Then I saw that the shield was on both sides which is very unusual. Then I looked at the blade grind and it looks too modern to be of that era.The cross guard makes me think it may be of Indian(the country)or possibly Phillipines. Just my opinion.

Pretty sure it is not us made, but just guessing. It appears to be north Africa or Turkish? can't help you out much, Terry

First thing that jumped into my mind when I saw the OP picture was Philippines. It reminds me of an old Filipino fixed blade I have somewhere that belonged to my uncle.
