unknown brand swiss army knife handle material, glue worth # 783

"This is an unknown brand swiss army knife that features on top a 2 1/4"" pair of scissors and a 2 1/4"" knife and on
the bottom a 2 1/8"" nail file with a nail cleaner and a 2 1/8"" regular screw driver with a can opener. The tang
is engraved along the ending of one side with STAINLESS, STEEL and JAPAN. The knife is stainless steel. Made in Japan.

I have a few questions on this knife as follows:
Is the handle black vinyl or leather covers?
What brand of glue and type of glue would be good to glue the handle to the knife body?
What do you think this knife is worth?

The value is nah-dah......
If it were an actual Swiss Army Knife made in Switzerland by Wenger or Victorinox it may be worth a couple dollars at that size
with those options.

Several years ago to Kershaw’s sale I bought about a dozen lobster patterns like that without the outer skin. They were brand-new bulk packed, individually packaged in a plastic bag, then boxed.
They were made by Kai Cutlery in Seki Japan and were pretty much equal to Victorinox in quality. However I preferred the Victorinox file to the one on the Kai. I think I paid five dollars for the dozen knives. They really aren’t worth a great deal. I paid less than $.50 apiece for brand-new ones.
