eBay knife Case 6208 questions.

I am posting from my phone so I can't copy the pictures and share sorry. Anyway here goes. https://www.ebay.com/itm/152607812544 The knife in question looks like it has a main blade from 1965-1969 but the handles/scales are made out of delrin or at least they look that way to me and it has the shield used for non bone or delrin that Case started using around 1973. My question is do you guys think the blade has been changed at some point? Thanks for your help.

I can't tell for sure from the pics but it looks like I see the remains of two or three dots under the USA. It's most certainly a delrin handle and composition shield.

Ahh thanks Greg. I can't see any dots but I bet you are right. Everything else adds up so I would say yep right on track. Thank you my friend for the help.

Since the seller is calling the knife a 1977 model, you would think there's three dots hiding somewhere.

Philco I contacted the seller and they cleaned the tang and said there were three dots. So they changed the listing to make it right.
