None showed an etch and as I recall they have no pattern number. I think these are by far the most common of the bone handled Remingtons. There are several versions that have different etches and some have pattern numbers. Here is a link to an article by my friend Jim Pitblado of Remington scout knife fame.

None of these are Wrigley knives. But all are R1823. The one with the "TOBACCO" shield is interesting to me. Been used pretty heavy.
