Thanks for the notification Roger. ::nod::
Put my order in earlier today.
This will sure look nice between your original two from August last year.
If any of you want this newest Maher & Grosh Coke Bottle Bone, single blade you may want to act fast. As of Wednesday evening 08/23/2017 there were only 18 left.
It's always important to know what you don't know.

Thank you Dan!Your right I don't think they will last long. What happened was we have enough bone left over from the 1st run to do a few knives and Ken Daniels agreed to do them.

I jumped right in and got one! Just another one to add to my, hopefully, growing "NEW" Maher & Grosh pile. She's a beauty!

Thank you Roger and Ken!

I am late to the Kansas Cane Cutter party. Just tried to buy one but it appears it is sold out.
Will there be another run of this Moose pattern ? I think it would look tremendous with well hafted mammoth ivory and engraved bolsters.
Any chance this might happen ?

Great ! There are a few jigged bone Moose Kansas Cane Cutters left and i was able purchase one just now. Every post i have read by people who have bought this knife is very enthusiastic. These are chronic knifers who have handled thousands of knives getting 'moved' by this Cane Cutter. That is quite a high recommendation.
Will there ever be a Maher & Grosh with mammoth handles ? (the best mammoth money can buy)

Probably not in the near future. We are trying to produce old style knives and the only ivory they originally used was in small knives and very few of them. But I won't say never.

"We are trying to produce old style knives"
Yes i do understand the nature of your mission.
My take is that Maher & Grosh provided their customers with the best made knives money could buy. Mammoth ivory wasn't available then but it is now and it would enhance the upscale nature of this brand.
I love a well made Pen knife: 1 spring, 2 blades, numerous frame shapes to choose from, about 3 1/2", best mammoth available handles.
M&G must have sold Pen knives in addition to jacks ? Question mark because i cannot recall seeing an M&G Pen knife, but i am forgetting more than i am remembering these daze.
