Can you tell me what the knives look like (pattern, handle material, etc.)? The item numbers you posted don't mean a thing to me, but maybe if you describe the knives you seek I can help guide you to a source.

Are you talking about a mini trapper 6207 SS pattern with the Scout's Honor on it?

Checked Case Knife Outlet and Shepherd Hills Cutlery, they have a good selection, but item numbers do not match what you've posted???????

Going with what Phil said, the model numbers are much more helpful than Case's item numbers. Case has never made an official scout knife for the BSA, but they did do a series of greenish bone knives with the Boy Scout Shield. I have the 6383 Whittler from that bunch, but there wasn't any sort of "camping knife" made with that shield. A Case "Scout Knife" would be a 6445R or 640045R if you're looking for one with the can opener, cap lifter, spear blade and punch. I hope this helps.

As I'm sure most people here know, Case is an official licensee of the BSA and under that license they have produced over 50 different knives, most since 2005. I have extensively researched these knives with Katie Shonts and Terri Alley from Case and we feel comfortable with an inventory that we collectively assembled and which I have since added to my collection over the past 9 years. Case even provided me with professional grade photographs of each knife. I am willing to share the Excel inventory file with anyone who wants it but I cannot pass along the photographs as they were provided for the exclusive use for a book that I am writing on the modern Scout knife.

I also have for sale a set of 30 different Case BSA knives all in their original boxes with complete paperwork if anyone is interested in an instant Case Scout knife collection - MFG List $3,100 - AAPK Price $2,100 shipped.

The one that got away is this beautiful Seahore Whittler; if anyone has one of these for sale please let me know!

Hey guys,

I wanted to partially revive this old thread. I've been trying to get my hands on these scout mini trappers for the past 10 years, on and off. For awhile, you could still see these on several knife retail web sites - not for sale, but just for archival purposes.

The one that really interests me is the "on my honor" mini trapper.

I'm sure these knives are all owned and won't be available unless someone wants to part with them. If you happen to see them, please put in a good word for an old scoutmaster and send me the details.

Thanks guys!

Just purchased one of the mini trapper's from Cosgrove Cutlery - thanks to Mountain Man Knives for the link! ::handshake::

I ended up buying the "Scouts Honor" knife, but hope to purchase the entire series eventually.

I'll post some pictures when I get the scout knife......

Thanks for the lead Mountain Man and the purchase Steve! I have multiples of the first 30 licensed Scout knives that Case produced for the Boy Scouts all priced well below suggested retail if anyone is interested.
