Need help finding a knife

Post by ofawoo »

Hello, first time poster here so if I've posted in the wrong place I apologize and ask that a mod place it in the correct place or tell me where to post this. I am looking for an old Remington Bullet R1306. I don't want one of t he reproductions made by Cammillus. I have exhausted myself looking on ebay and I don't know other web sites likely to have one. I actually found one a few months ago, which I bought, but gave it to my son for his birthday. It was a nice one--very tight, nice stag and still had a good legible etch. However, I've fogotten where that site was and I don't know any other sites where I could purchase a R1306. Does anyone here know where I might find one of these? I'd be most appreciative. Thanks in advance.

I see these 1306's come up for sale and auction frequently on ebay, although ebay does not always make all their auctions visible to all for instance I have done a certain search criteria and nothing would come up and then when the item I had searched for previously magically appears a five to six days later with only a few hours left on the auction of-coarse ebay had no explanation anyway that being said there is a good search engine called pic and click designed specifically for ebay searches and when I have used this site it has always brought better results give this a try ~ hope this helps you in finding your 1306 ~ https://picclick.com/

I have a 1306 with the original etch. The only trouble is when I got it it had been in a box with some case classics and there is some "fog" on the blade. Never used, so it is still hard to get the lock back to release the blade.
