Mike sorry it's taken a couple of days to get back to you. There is nothing very fancy about it .... But ... it works.
The bar at the back fits around the tang of the file and is held by the two small bolts; at the front a small wedge holds it in place.

Thanks so much for the views of your file guide. I am going to make something similar to use for the folder I am making. I just started making my first folder yesterday,,,, I am beginning to see there are certain THINGS that have to be done in specific order for you to have success.
(I have one repair to make.....LOL)
