Re: Remington model Case knife???
Never seen one before. Best guess is a modification of a factory knife. Is there a pattern number on the blade?
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Is it inconceivable that a case knife could advertise Remington guns and ammo ?

Maybe, but Case never made knives like that in their factory, with transparent handles.buck16 wrote:Is it inconceivable that a case knife could advertise Remington guns and ammo ?
If it was a factory made "ad" knife, it would be an imprinted smooth handle or an etched blade, or both. But nothing like that.

Re: Remington model Case knife???
Not inconceivable but it looks like the OP handles are held on by the rocker pin only. Not a factory job.buck16 wrote:Is it inconceivable that a case knife could advertise Remington guns and ammo ?

In that "Case", I guess someone had a pretty good sense of humor/irony.
