Need Help Identifying These 3 Knives

The first knife says I. Hoffman Trademark Germany with the logo appearing to be either a beaver or something along those lines. I have researched all over and found nothing about this knife. The second knife has no markings, they have completely worn off. I tried to get a picture of where you can vaguely make out at least that there was markings there. The third knife reads Cutlery Sheffield, you can tell that there is writing above that, but it is very hard to make out. I believe the letters on the end of the word above Cutlery Sheffield are RAN with a letter or 2 after it and some in front of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a great forum and you have all helped me so much with other knives.

2 looks like Camillus or Utica-1st-search german knife with beaver trademark-will carry you to metal trademark pdf-I have it and many others on disk and computer...several listings for beavers--many companies had offices in new York up until depression in 1930s-imported many knives-possibly got around paying 100% of tariffs started in 1891-by the way-imperial and possibly colonial both survived the depression by changing to shell handle knives..

Thanks for the info. I would really like to find out about this I. Hoffman knife. I have searched everywhere and there's nothing. I wish I had a Goins guide, or someone with one could check for that name.

Goins lists J. Hoffman Germany but there is no other information given. BR Levine lists Hoffman Hdw in Los Angeles with a 1911 date followed by a '?' . Not much help but it is all I got.

Thanks for checking that. I also have seen the one in California, but it can't be that since it says trademark Germany. This is truly a mystery knife maker.
