Can anyone ID this pocket knife ?
Besides knife collecting I also enjoy metal detecting and someone has found a pocket knife that they would like to I.D. It sure does have an unusual bolster, that should help.

Looks a bit like a Fish Jack;possibly by New York Knife Co.

I think you may have meant shield;looks like two shields put together. Here are a gunstock jack which has the right bolster shape and a fish jack.
