That's a nice old Queen City jack, Andrew Gordon.
That stamp was used from 1922-1945.

That's a Queen City #10 Heavy Jack. As FRJ said, that tang stamp was used from 1922-45 but your knife was probably made 1942-45. It most likely has steel liners. If it has brass liners, it was probably made pre WW2.

Thankyou, I found it in a 1944 dated US musette bag named to a Captain, as I collect WW2 knives it fits in!
