1984 REMINGTON BULLET KNIFE

WHICH WOULD BE THE MOST DESIREABLE..MORE SCARE..OR MORE VALUABLE IN THIS KNIFE..THE 1173 OR THE 1303??...FINDING MYSELF GETTING OVERWHELMED GETTING INTO COLLECTING BULLET KNIVES...THANKS FOR ANY INFO..

I don't know the answer but i do know that the Camillus Bullet reproduction knives in general sell for little money, often only $30-$40.
Camillus made many thousands of each Bullet knife. People bought them thinking they would become valuable collector knives but so many were made supply so far has well exceeded demand.
I believe the first Bullet Repro made, the R1123, in 1982 , is the only one of these Bullet knives that can sell for over $100.

I think the more limited Silver Bullets sell a bit higher, but not much.

The knives that were included in a shotgun or rifle purchase, with the correct included poster are a bit more collectible.

Years ago, I was in a department store here, I forget which one and they had a whole display case of the Remington repro knives made by Camillus. I did not like the Delrin handles on the knives, as I just found them unattractive, however, they also had a cocobolo handled Bullet knife, I forget the number and they were priced at sixteen dollars. I told the very young sales clerk I did not think that was the correct price. He got very haughty and looked at me like he thought I was a fool and insisted that was the correct price. I bought all they had and would have taken the one off the display board, but he wouldn’t let me have it. I still have two of them that I saved for my boys, who are forty and forty-two now and I still haven’t given them to them. Don’t know why.
