Lord Stanley's Cup
For all the hockey fans on board, who do you like in the playoffs this year? I'm a Flames fan although, realistically, they are a long shot.

Nearly 2 months of hip-checks, crease violations, icing calls, and countless time in the box, and Lord Stanley's Cup is in Raleigh, North Carolina!!!
I really don't think the NHL had this in mind, but the Cup has been in the Southern U.S. since 2004.
We can barely keep ice in sweet tea during summer, and we have the Cup!! God Bless the NHL!!!

One more year in the South and they'll have to rename the Cup.....

Hi Calico Jack, congrats on your Hurricanes winning the Cup. I thought this year's play-offs were some of the best I've seen in a long while. The Hurricanes definely derserved the win, althought the Oilers put up a valiant fight. Unfortunatelyt my Flames fizzled-out early on. They have signed a few good free agants this summer so I am looking forward to next year
