I didn't know it was called a Seahorse... Constantly learning here!
It's actually a really nice knife and my 1st Wharncliffe.... believe it or not. I got the box and paperwork (COA) and it says it is one of 246 made.

Primarily a bone collector myself. Picture below is current 3094 pattern set I've been working on for minute or two. I've added 8 or so since this photo was taken. Each is unique to the others.

Thanks FarSide, I am a huge wharncliffe fan. Although my preferred handle materials are stag and ivory, I also really like the bones on these three.
