Schrade Walden 974

Tang stamp on this is Schrade Walden NY USA. From what I can find,
I take it this may be a Ulster Schrade Walden.
I can actually find very little on the 974 anywhere. Is it somewhat rare, or did it just not catch on and had little interest thru the years?

Thanks Randy. The seller had three listed, I would have bought all three, but I had other autcions going... which I lost. 2nd shift really bites.
I wanted a 861 also, but by the time I got out of bed, they were all gone.
I did manage to get two of the 974s, which I am kinda happy with.
I guess $75 was a decent price, as all sold out very quickly, including the 861s.
