Knife Paks - Each Holds 24 Knives

Post by bestgear »

Just as my folding knife collection has evolved through the years, so has my storage strategies. I currently find myself with 15 knife paks that each hold 24 knives, that's storage for 360 folding knives which overall occupies a very small space. Here's what's for sale:

(4) approximately 12 1/2" x 10 3/4" closed in black cordura
(1) approximately 10 1/2" x 9 1/4" closed in brown vinyl
(2) approximately 10 1/2" x 9 1/4" closed in black vinyl
(8) approximately 10 1/2" x 9 1/4" closed in black cordura

Each of these has seen service duty and a few of the elastic cords have been stretched and torn and some have been retied but overall this is a fantastic deal. If purchased new these would be over $120 plus shipping (https://www.discountcutlery.net/Knife-P ... _3127.html), but I'm letting these all go as one lot for just $95 including CONUS shipping. I'd prefer to sell as a lot but would consider offers to separate.

Will any of those fit something like a hawkbill or rigger's knife (or even large multitools?)? The ten hawkbills I have have to be stored in a cigar box, as they won't fit in a standard Sack Ups.

Good question...the short answer is yes...but...that's what stretched the flexible bands on the one's I'm selling to the point where they won't return to their original size. A bigger knife like a hawkbill or Leatherman may need to leave an empty space next to it to avoid incidental rubbing/touching. Hope that helps answer your question. Tom

Knife-Pak made or makes a wide variety of cases. I've had several over the years. I once had two that held 110 knives, each, of all sizes.

I will warn you not to over-stretch the elastic bands. Either they will break or you will tear the material that's nolding them down.

These are now FREE (recipient to pay for actual shipping fees when known) to the first forum member to PM me expressing an interest in them. I'd rather reclaim the space in my knife room than make a few dollars especially if there is someone out there in AAPK-land that can use these to organize their collection (hoard). Other than paying for actual shipping fees when known, all I ask is that when they are filled, you post pictures of the 360 knives ::paranoid:: . First come, first served!
