Anyone have a quick fix for,replacing thumb studs?

I get a lot of knives missing thumb studs. Anyone have a quick fix? Thanks!

There used to be some cylindrical studs that fit over the top edge of the blade and held in place by Allen type set screws. They had knurled ends

I hate to say this, but it looks to me to be fake, and a quick search revealed it is. Destroy it so no one is fooled.

I believe your right. I won't be reselling it. I just grabbed 1 of the many knives I have that is missing the thumb stud for a picture.

For an on the spot fix a zip tie through the thumb stud hole may work.
