Should be worth that for a user. Probably a good knife. ::tu::

Welcome to AAPK! Keep coming back with questions. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Something makes us click the "Buy Now" button and we have to figure out what that is. The closer we get to understanding what we're looking for the more informed our decisions will be making future purchases/trades. You just bought yourself a Case pocket knife of recent vintage--I'm guessing because you liked the look--great! Start from there. When you get it, I suggest finding out what the pattern number is and then search out it's history in the Case line. Then start looking for other companies that made that general pattern; and then search out what companies made that pattern as a contract Knife for the large hardware wholesalers that existed up through WWII. It's a the rabbit hole a lot of guys here jump into as often as possible--I know--I'm one of them! The journey is one of the biggest rewards collecting pocket knives gives us and it often starts with a $10.00 knife.

I've been watching that knife.I really like those single blade peanuts but I have enough users. I don't think it's ugly. If you get it for $10 I think you're lucky.

Stamp on the tang looks off a bit. I was thinking it might be fake or some sort of stamping error maybe? Was always a fan of error baseball cards, guess thats what drew my attention to this lil guy.

No one else gets a Case peanut for $10 if I find the auction...
