Found this floating around e-bay.
Schrade-Walden Tiffany Penknife, based on the 778 Senator pattern, 2 7/8 in long single blade and nail file. The handles are sterling silver, this one came with an "F" monogram, maybe these were made for individuals with other monograms or maybe the "F" stands for a company which may of used them as gifts.
