Found a treasure
While going thru his collection after the passing of wife's dad I found a framed certificate for free lifetime sharpening of W R Case razor #023 issued to Mr. Roy Teeter of Alton, NY. It is dated 26 May 1915 and is either signed by or stamped with the name J Russell Case. Futher suprised to find a box (not sure original) containing said razor #023. Have no idea where he came by this as he lived in OK. Am currently trying to find family to get some history on Mr. Teeter. Interesting.

Wow! That is an amazing find!

Re: Found a treasure
I just did a quick look on eBay and also a Google search for an example of such a certificate and came up empty handed. By all means post a photo or two as it sounds like you might have a rare item. Congrats!
