Most Blish, Mize and Silliman knives I've seen had celluloid handles. That's not to say they didn't sell bone handled knives.
The blade configuration is falling into that "Too good to be true" category.

That knife doesn't look quite right, though I know nothing about the brand.

Re: Opinions?
Authentic old frame, blades are possibly authentic older blades found unfinished from the factory. Utica made most of the BMS knives, possibly old blades from the Utica factory hoard.

Re: Opinions?
Steve not sure i understand your post: frame and blades likely authentic; so is knife authentic ? or assembled at home not in the correct factory ?

Re: Opinions?
The kick on the master blade looks like it has been ground down to get the blade to fit.

Re: Opinions?
The kick is above the blade edge, so when closed does blade edge touch the spring ?

Re: Opinions?
My best guess - someone took some unfinished blades and installed them in an old used frame that originally had worn out blades and was a different brand. I do not think anybody should bid for it.

Re: Opinions?
Thanks Steve for the explanation. This likely explains why master kick is down and 'exposes' blade edge to impacting upon inside aspect of spring.
